Clancy Sonter-kelso and Oliver Burscough decided they wanted to open a business together while on a six hour road trip… and next thing you know Clancy’s Espresso was born!

Combining Oliver’s building and fit-out background with Clancy’s hospitality experience, the boys thought opening a small cafe would be a perfect fit for them.

We caught up with the talented duo, who gave some tips to those wanting to open a similar business.
