The Colour Nine serves a combination of the classics, along with a few Sri Lankan dishes that are expertly cooked thanks to owner Nishan Phillips' heritage.

Their Sri Lankan breakfast dahl, served with string hoppers, a fried egg and house-made coconut sambal is an absolute knockout and something different for your brunch catch up with your friends.

We recommend a nice cup of fairtrade Sri-Lankan tea alongside this light, delicious breakfast.
