What are some ways to relieve stress? Take a long bubble bath, read a good book, eat well and of course… exercise!

But in today’s busy world it can be hard to find time to get to the gym or go for a run amongst juggling work, family and a social life.

On a sunny afternoon at Bulimba Memorial Park, we caught up with Marco Paparone from the Brisbane Lions who, as a professional athlete, has to follow a very strict exercise regime even on his day’s off.

Marco talked us through a quick and easy workout that can be tailored to anyone's schedule or ability.
