It’s safe to say that Hawthorne’s Chemistry of Coffee is taking the everyday latte to a whole new level.

Serving milkshakes in beakers and coffee out of test tubes… we just had to give it a go!

“Our test tube tasters provide an educational experience. They allow customers to try flavours they’d never consider before,” says the coffee scientist himself, Jason Messer.

From their signature cold-drip brew through to their ultra-healthy matcha and turmeric lattes and unique beetroot and mushroom flavours - we gave them all a go!
