Factory 51 has only been on the scene for a couple of years and for locals it was love at first bite!

Known for their delicious array of food, the fabulous atmosphere and a range of tasty drinks, people of the 4151 have found and fallen in love with their “local” hangout.

Woodfired pizzas are one of Factory 51’s specialties. Their homemade sourdough pizza base is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - everything you want in a pizza base.

One pizza from the menu that locals have been loving is the Truffle and Smoked Speck pizza.

We caught up with restaurant manager, Josh Sorridimi, to find out why it’s so deliciously popular.
