But Goodness Gracious café at Graceville is getting coffee-lovers out of their comfort zones, testing bean boundaries.
Look, we understand, you love your soy latte. But we can assure you, this added touch could be the ingredient you’ll never live without.
Matcha - it literally means "powdered tea”.

And we’re hearing from health experts that this finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea is oh-so good for our health too.
Goodness Gracious is also adding turmeric to their brews - a well-known “super spice”.
And it doesn’t stop there.
These spices are being incorporated into the delicious brunch and lunch menu at Goodness Gracious.
From their previous menu that sported Matcha French toast to their current menu, serving up Matcha poached chicken.
We chatted to café owner Olivia Morland about how they’re using new flavours to spice up the lives of customers.
