Arte & Gusto in Graceville is the new kid on the block.

Located on the corner of Honour avenue and Wylie street, the owners have been wow-ing locals since late 2017 with their innovative menu and beautiful dishes.

Chef Dan de Graaf has had an extensive career in restaurants, but says a standout was one where he was the fish chef.

Dan says he loves preparing fish and today shows us their crispy-skinned salmon with orange, radish and fennel salad.
