It’s the time of year your kiddies look forward to - Easter school holidays!

Keeping the kids entertained from Monday through to Friday can be a little tricky (and exhausting).
Whether it be an outdoor activity or fun ways to learn, we’ve compiled a list of five must-do activities for your kids this Easter break.
Little Days Out: Easter Workshop
Picnic Island Green, South Bank, South Brisbane
Running from 9am to 1pm, Thursday March 29, the much-loved Little Days Out workshop is getting into the Easter spirit.
This is the perfect activity for the kids to enjoy Easter crafts and games in the outdoors.
Each Easter-themed activity is designed to increase balance and coordination, all while having loads of fun.
Run by Bazil Grumble, this workshop is suitable for all ages and a variety of skill levels.
Bonus - it’s completely free!
Children are Stinky
119 Lamington Street, New Farm
Take a rocking ‘90s soundtrack and an acrobatic duo performing all sorts of flips and tricks, Children are Stinky promises to entertain the kiddies and we’re sure you’ll have a laugh too!
Through a series of messy, ridiculous and hysterical stunts, the show sets out to prove that kids are indeed STINKY.
If your kids are up for loads of laughter and mischievous fun, join the team down at the Brisbane Powerhouse from April 12 to April 15.

Me, Myselfie and I
GoMA Stanley Place, South Brisbane
‘Me, Myselfie and I’ is a collection-based exhibition that explores representation of self.
With the use of numerous interactive workshops, the exhibition invites children to consider different ways to create their own portraits.
The ‘I, You, We’ instalment allows children to combine their portrait with that of a friend where as the ‘My Pocket Orchestra’ encourages children to create their own unique soundtrack.
The exhibition is designed to involve, educate and, most of all, entertain your children.
Community Place
8 Skyring Terrace, Teneriffe
From fabric dying through to art classes, Community Place in Teneriffe has all sorts of free activities for you and your kids to enjoy these holidays.
With the focus on welcoming the whole community, these classes are perfect for all ages and skill levels.
The best thing about this place? There’s always something new and exciting happening and, what’s even better, you get to take your creation with you.
Queensland Museum
Grey St & Melbourne Street, South Brisbane
What would school holidays be without a visit to the much-loved museum.
Sing with the suspended Humpback Whales and gaze up at the creatures who once walked our earth at South Bank’s Queensland Museum.
With everything from prehistoric through to modern history, the museum is the perfect blend of education and entertainment.
Regular entry into the museum is completely free, but check out their SITE for more information around their exhibitions.
