Located in a cavernous warehouse in the post-industrial suburb of Teneriffe, we stepped inside Brisbane’s favourite brewery where the founders, Adrian Slaughter and Marc Chrismas, (also known as the beer guru’s), gave us the grand tour of how it all worked.
