Cheese connoisseur, Sarah Thuillet, has brought her own slice of France to Brisbane.

Sarah travelled from Normandy to Australia with a dream of opening her very own cheese shop, naming the Albion store after her grandparents, Emile and Solange.

“My grandparents ran a cheese store back home. As a child I fell inlove with cheese and mature flavours from a young age,” says Sarah.

“It has always been a dream of mine to introduce and educate others on delicious cheeses.”

Located in Albion, Emile & Solange specialise in artisanal cheeses and fine foods from across Australia and overseas.
