Don’t know about you, but we love seafood!
After indulging in a 5-course degustation, we think it’s only fair to get our hands dirty and cook for ourselves on day two.
Fast and Furious Seafood is a cooking class taught by the pros at James St Cooking School.
Teaching a range of quick and easy seafood ideas from spicy pan fried fish, Asian squid salad and prawn cutlets poached into coconut milk to a fish and prawn penne pasta, James St Cooking School demonstrate the versatility of seafood, and how easy it can be to cook with.
Oh, and of course you get to enjoy the meals you create, so come with your full appetite!
