Frith Graham’s story is one that’s shared by many women across the globe.

Despite her love for motherhood, she realised her needs had taken a backseat to her kids, and Frith decided it was time to prioritise herself for a change.

Armed with a desire to get back to country, and a passion for integrating exercise into her daily life, Frith created GirlsTrek, a one-of-a-kind experience for Australian women.

The delicious, hard-earned wine and champagne after a big day of hiking and the friendships formed while chatting and walking is what GirlsTrek is all about.

They start from one-dayers out of Brisbane, to international hikes through culture-rich countries like Japan and Hong Kong.

Helen, a previous GirlsTrekker, spoke to Frith about her journey and how GirlsTrek helps women of all ages and fitness levels.
