There’s no better way to raise funds for charity, than sinking your teeth into tasty treats at the annual Big Mumma’s Italian Feast.

From a fashion parade to a suspenseful auction, the fundraiser saw some of Brisbane’s most glamorous gather to raise a whopping $45,000 for the charitable cause, Mummy’s Wish.

The event is personal for organiser Carla Hadden, who is in remission after battling cancer.

Receiving overwhelming support from Mummy’s Wish in her time of need, Carla is determined to assist the charity in helping mums and families through their cancer journey.

We had the privilege of attending the event and interviewing the kind-hearted people behind it.
