Bulimba Creek Catchment Coordinating Committee, known as B4C, is a non-for-profit group working hard to care for the environment.

Established in 1997, this year B4C is celebrating its 20th birthday.

Their Sustainability Centre at Carindale is a friendly community hub with a native plant nursery, chooks and an edible medicinal garden.

We went along and met with a few passionate members of B4C, Leigh Weakley, Wayne Cameron and Stefan Hattingh.

Each of these guys play a different but important role at the Sustainability Centre.

They taught us about what they’re doing to steer the community to a more sustainable future.
