You might be thinking - what’s a DadBod?

“A DadBod is any male that could benefit from healthier lifestyle decisions, increased self-awareness and the support of a network of experienced professionals and other men dealing with the same issues!” - DadBods

Two years ago personal trainer, Toby Vann, had a vision and goal.

He wanted to help men of Brisbane find themselves, both physically and mentally.

So, Toby started DadBods.

DadBods is a training program designed for men who want to get back into shape but also meet some mates and have fun along the way.

After the session, the guys usually hang about and socialise afterwards - it’s a great way to meet people.  

We went down to the last training session of the DadBod Project, which is a 10 week challenge, to see what it’s all about.
