Huong Misopapas, owner of Cilantro Fresh in Corinda, was shocked when she first arrived in Australia.

“I she couldn’t seem to find traditional Vietnamese food anywhere,” she says.

 

Huong decided to open the Cilantro Fresh two years ago to bring typical, tasty Vietnamese food to the people of Corinda.

She makes her sauces in house and uses the freshest local ingredients.

What makes their food unique? Although Huong is Vietnamese, she’s inspired by the flavours of other cuisines.
