This professional boxer has been in the game ever since he was 13-years-old!

“Back when I was young teenager, my dad took me to the local PCYC gym where I met the boxing coach and, from there, I was hooked,” says Ben Kite.

Now coaching and training at Fortitude Boxing in Newstead, Ben’s daily life is all about the sport.

We caught up with Ben down at the old school authentic gym, where he shared with us a day in the life of a professional boxer, as he gears up for his last fight of the year.

“In the lead up to the fight, it’s all about training and training hard,” says Ben when talking about his prep for the “Remembrance Day Rampage” event on Saturday November 11.
