Anne Noonan has had a pretty big life change in the last ten years.

After finding herself on the other side of 50 with too many issues to count, Anne decided to make some positive changes to her diet and exercise regime to help her aging body.

Yoga and healthy eating has improved her quality of life tenfold and now Anne works to help others in the position she was get back to feeling as good as they did in their 20s - maybe even better!

We caught up with Anne to learn some basic yoga moves to improve flexibility and clear your mind.
